I call it a Pair
I guess you can say I went through a pear phase….
Just some pear sketches in oil! I set up a pear and did two quick paintings each under a different lighting set up. Then I got to thinking it might be fun to do them with different color washes for the background. Each are 5x7 and then I… paired... them up in photoshop.
This pair was a titch bigger. 8x10

Pirates and Dandies, Ladies and Wenches
Just finished up a fun Caricature / Life Drawing class with the Stephen Silver Drawing Academy! Here are a few examples of the class work. All were drawn from a live model. Most poses were about five minutes but some of the more finished looking were 20 or so.
